Shipping & Returns


OUR POLICY

All orders are processed and shipped from New York City. Please note orders are processed pending item availability. You will be contacted if there are any issues with your order.

Orders placed (within New York) Thursday – Monday before 12pm EST for in-stock items will be processed and shipped on Tuesdays.
Orders placed(within New York) Tuesday – Wednesday after 12pm EST for in-stock items will be processed and shipped on Thursdays.
International orders placed Monday-Thursday for in-stock items will be processed and shipped next business day.
International orders placed Friday after 12pm EST for in-stock items through the weekend will be processed the next business day, Monday.

KADI FLORY STUDIO does not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. We do not ship on weekends and we do not offer Saturday delivery unless this has been requested and approved prior to purchase.

Please note there are exceptions to the above. If you need your order in a hurry please contact us at info@kadiflorystudio.com prior placing your order. It allows us to make sure your item is in stock and ready to ship.

PROCESSING TIME/CUSTOM ORDERS

All pre-ordered, back-ordered, out-of-stock, and custom pieces are made-to-order and take an additional 15-20 business days to produce.

Please note we cannot guarantee stock on all items. If you need something by a specific date or in a hurry please contact us at info@kadiflorystudio.com first. We are happy to assist you.

INSURANCE

We fully insure your order all the way to you, which means your shipment is risk-free in transit.
For added security, we require a signature for all orders. If you choose to waive this, please put this in the comments section of your order, and note that we are not responsible for any lost items.

EXCHANGES

All KADI FLORY STUDIO pieces are FINAL SALE. The nature of this work and custom-making process makes every piece one of a kind.

If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, this must be done at the retailer. We are only able to process exchanges on pieces purchased directly from us at art shows or kadiflorystudio.com.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

For all orders shipping outside of the United State the ship-to recipient we will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred.

All international orders are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

All purchases must be paid for in U.S. dollars at the prices shown on our website.

REPAIRS

If your KADI FLORY STUDIO purchase needs to be repaired for any reason please contact us directly at info@kadiflorystudio.com. Please include your name, order number if applicable, and reason for repair.

All repairs are done on a case-by-case basis.

If your piece requires repair and is within the first year of purchase, KADI FLORY STUDIO will cover the cost upon approval from a customer service representative. Not all repairs will be approved and covered.

There may be an additional charge for your repair, which you will be notified of prior to the work being done. Repairs can take up to 4 weeks to process and ship depending on the work needed.
Please contact info@kadiflorystudio.com with any repair request and we will be happy to provide support. A repair fee may apply depending on the repair. Standard repair fee include but are not limited to ring sizing, microscopic fiber repair, and plating repair.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

Please do not send in an item for repair without contacting our team first.

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and/or exchanges.

ART SHOW POLICY

All art show purchases are final. Please note all custom orders made at art shows are final sales.
